The couple want to build an 872sqm dwelling, 128spm implement shed, and associated facilities, and undergo necessary earthworks and vegetation clearance at the property….. What remained was OPS’s submission that introducing “clearly-evident buildings and domestication” to the land would disrupt the picturesque view from the cycle trail, the surface of Lake Ohau, and Glen Lyon Rd.
